IMPORT GUIDE
Panther Trading Kenya Ltd. Vehicle Importers Kenya we import carefully selected cars to Kenya, we also do clearing and forwarding and delivery to your door. It is our duty to give the best service that the industry can provide; We ensure that you understand the importation transaction flow; Here a brifly walkthrough for you to Importing a vehicle to Kenya:

| 1. | Make an enquiry. | Send details of available vehicles to you. |
| 2. | Make vehicle selection. | Prepare for you a Pro-forma invoice including taxes |
| 3. | Pay 100% CIF upon request pay 50% CIF deposit | We order the car on your behalf and make payment |
| 4. | Provide us with copies of your PIN & ID | We apply for IDF in Advance |
| 5. | Relax and wait for our updates | Update you on shipment schedule, arrival date, duty payable |
| 6. | Provide us with a bankers cheque payable to KRA | We arrange clearing and forwarding at the port |
| 7. | Wait to drive Off | Deliver the vehicle to you!!! |
CONDITIONS OF IMPORT
- All vehicles imported on CIF,KRA taxes,KPA charges,contract basis.
- Deposit payment at least 50% of CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight).
- The balance of 50% is payable after shipping. Shipping document will be produced as evidence of shipping.
- Payment is accepted in Kenya shilling, bank transfer, bankers cheques ONLY.
- Original documents will be released to us by our supplier ONLY after receipt of FINAL instalment/payment.
- Note delay might result in incurring extra storage charges at the port.
- Import duty/Excise duty/VAT/IDF fees are payable by customer but we facilatate the payment procedures.
- We will require copies of National ID card or passport and PIN certificate of importer.
- For duty free importation, buyers will provide us with exemption documents issued by the relevant authorities eg KRA.
- Delivery of the vehicle will be 45-60 days from the date of receipt of deposit.
- An agreement will be signed with us before importation.
